'LAUREL LAKE -- A 13-year-old boy is in the hospital tonight after he was struck by a car while riding a bike in Cumberland County.
It happened around 5:45 p.m. near the intersection of Magnolia Drive in the Laurel Lake section of Commercial Township.
Police say the boy was riding his home-made mini motorbike, when he failed to stop at a posted sign and was hit by a Toyota Highlander. The boy sustained a fractured right leg and several cuts and bruises and was flown by helicopter to Cooper University Hospital, where he's listed in stable condition.
There were no other injuries reported.
State Police say the incident was an accident, and no charges will be filed.
